Since the US is the world’s largest market for machinery and many of the client’s OEM customers had subsidiaries in North America, it approached me to conduct intensive market research, explore business opportunities and develop a US go-to-market strategy. After researching several specific machinery manufacturing markets, attending shows and missions, exploring partnerships and talking to many potential customers, we gained a deep understanding of the US market potential and what the best strategy for market entry would be.
