This is where we brainstorm, outline the scope of the project, define goals, draw the roadmap and agree on all the terms and conditions.

Finally, we get down to executing the roadmap, with as much contact with your team as needed. Step by step, I’ll be guiding your company towards your goals.

Close

The last step is to conclude all activities, review the project, hand it over to your team, and celebrate the results.

I help you gather information in the US about your target markets and customers to determine and validate the potential success of your product in the American market.

Business development

Together we design a business development strategy that works to achieve long-term success in the US. I execute our ideas, initiatives and activities that help make your American business grow.

Sales & account management

As an extension and representation of your company in the US, I generate leads, close sales and manage your key accounts. If direct sales isn’t the best strategy for your product, I can help you find the right distributor.

Supply Chain management

I develop and manage your US supply chain and help optimize your product’s creation and flow when selling your machinery or products in the American market.

Project management

I’m your local agent and the link between the American customer and your team in the Netherlands. I coordinate and manage your project locally and help you with all the challenges involved in doing projects in the US.

Technical service & support

I can help you set up service & support in the US, even act as your first point of contact in the beginning. Due to my flexibility and local presence, I can act quickly and carry out minor technical service activities with the support of your team if necessary.
